Is a strategically located development on Station rd Hansfield, Dublin 15. The 24 housing development consisted of a mix of 2 , 3 and 4 bedroom A3 rated homes . The development is traditional masonry construction with high levels of floor, wall and ceiling insulation.

The homes are heated through a natural gas fired high efficiency “A” rated condensing boilers, which are controlled by a “Climote” energy system. The units are installed with high performance uPvc maintenance free doors and windows. The units were finished to a very high standard, on programme and within budget. 

The project included the installation of all utilities roads and open spaces
